This post will be quick because I’m making it from my phone and I must get some rest as in 12 hours it is the start of ‘the big day’. The Sutter Home Winery Build A Better Burger Cookoff is tomorrow. I am excited as ever and nervous at the same time. Not as nervous as I thought I may be of course (I don’t know what it will be like with my own cooking station without children at my feet… I may finally be efficient!) I have learned that not only is this event world class but so are it’s people. I’m so thankful to be here. My kids are being good at home and I miss them terribly however, tomorrow will be one of those memorable days. I’ve been soaking up the beautiful countryside here. Simply gorgeous. I hope you are all well and I want to thank you for all of your support and encouragement. It means more than you know.
I’ll be grilling up a Sour Apple Pork Burger tomorrow. Will you be grilling?
