After a wonderful weekend of hosting pie baking classes in my home, I sit in my chair counting my blessings and going through some pictures. The one I keep getting hung up on is one my husband took when I was baking a pie with my daughter the night after the first pie baking class. This pie was for the next day’s class to sample. She helped me create the entire pie and in this picture we were working on crimping the crust. She was so happy and I will treasure those moments and this photo forever.
