Combine flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl. Cut in 5 TBSP COLD butter until butter is pea sized. Add milk, stir until incorporated. Turn out on floured surface and pat into an 8"x12" rectangle. Slice down center of length of dough. Slice in 2" intervals, to make fingers. Melt butter, spread in 9x13 baking dish. Place fingers on top of butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until firm to touch in center, and lightly golden. Serves Makes 18-22 biscuit fingers depending on how big they are cut.
