Cristen, I love your blog! I grew up on a farm with hogs, cows, horses, chickens, turkeys, etc. My husband and I live on 60 acres and currently we just have cattle, although when our boys were young, we also had hogs and chickens, which they both showed through 4-H. Your kids are adorable!
I also love to can jams and jellies, as well as salsas and relishes. I made my annual 75 jars of pear relish last night to give to our school staff for Christmas. (I am a teacher and my husband is a principal). I will be checking out your pear recipes this morning. :)))
    Thank you!!!!
